Continued content expansion with release of Victoria Subpoenas

With so many NSW Court Forms now delivered, we are moving onto Victoria.
Last month we announced the publication of NSW Court forms (link to blog). At the time of writing we had produced 20 of the NSW Uniform Civil Procedure Rules (UCPR) forms. We are pleased to announce that a total of 78 NSW UCPR forms have now been published and are available for Smarter Drafter customers to use.
While still a few forms shy of the total NSW UCPR library, we believe that we have covered all of the major bases.

By adding the court forms to Smarter Drafter, we are ensuring that our solution is the one-stop-shop for a practice when it comes to drafting legal documents for clients. For a full list of NSW UCPR forms see the list below.
Next Stop - Victorian County Court
With the work on the NSW court forms close to complete, the Smarter Drafter content team has moved onto the jurisdiction with the second biggest footprint in our customer base - Victoria.
It was determined that County Court would make up the majority of court forms being produced by our Victorian Legal Firms, and within that subset subpoenas were at the top of the list in terms of form production. The following table shows the Victorian subpoenas now available in Smarter Drafter and their respective estimated time to complete.

The Smarter Drafter team will continue publishing Victorian Court forms over the coming months.
Optional Court Provided Checklist
We are trialling something new with these forms.
We have added the option to include an optional court provided checklist. This is useful when your subpoena recipient may need a helping hand when it comes to complying with the court. Another inclusion is a reminder note for your team to complete a Form 2 - Notice to Witness - Subpoena, if the recipient is interstate.
We will monitor usage across the platform to measure the uptake of these new enhancements.
