We’re only one month into 2024 and the Smarter Drafter content team has achieved another milestone by completing the delivery of the Victorian County Court Forms.
A core value proposition of Smarter Drafter is to provide a streamlined method for creating client documents across the entire firm. This not only ensures consistency in output and minimises errors, but it also allows firms to successfully transition to a fixed-fee model when delivering client work.
Ready to use now
Smarter Drafter already includes precedents covering a wide range of practice areas (download factsheet) and has more recently automated the production of Court Forms.
With NSW UCPR delivered last year, the Smarter Drafter content team shifted focus to the Victorian County Court. There are now close to 60 Victorian County Court Forms available for you to use in Smarter Drafter.
These forms can be pre-populated with client details via integration with your Practice Management System, and addresses can be cross-checked with Google Maps. When paired with electronic signatures, producing Victorian County Court Forms with Smarter Drafter couldn't be easier—or faster.
“We want to create consistent and repeatable workflows within each and every law firm,” says Steve Hantos, CEO of Smarter Drafter's parent company Tensis. “By ensuring we cover all major practice areas and now court forms, we are eliminating the number of systems a lawyer has to navigate when drafting documents. Our goal is to reduce the amount of time a lawyer spends on drafting, so they can spend more time focused on advising their clients.”
