NSW Court Forms added to Smarter Drafter

Our content team surveyed customers on where to focus, the answer was Court Forms.

Smarter Drafter has a goal to become part of the daily life of a law firm. This means ensuring Smarter Drafter includes legal documents and precedents that span the breadth of the services offered by our Customers.

To ensure we are delivering on what matters most, the Smarter Drafter content team regularly engage with customers on a one-to-one basis or via surveys. Earlier this year we surveyed the Customer base and the resounding response was Court Forms.

When we matched this to the findings of the Australian Legal Industry Report 2023, this made sense. The report showed volatility in pricing for Criminal Law services, so automating the Court Form process ensuring efficiency, accuracy and consistency is an obvious choice.

NSW Court Forms Now Available

As the format and detail of Court Forms are determined  state by state, we have started the creation process with where the largest % of Smarter Drafter Customers are located - NSW. We will then be moving to Victoria, Queensland and then around the country.

To date we have published the following NSW Court Forms. Note, we also added the estimated time we believe you will need to complete each form - in many instances a significant time saving.
