Welcome to the precedent update for July. This big update features new forms for QLD UCPR, Federal Circuit Court and Family Court, along with updates to Will documents and FLENA additions.

Content update: New Qld UCPR forms

We have significantly expanded our Qld UCPR suite with the addition of the following forms:

  • Form 008 – Notice of address for service
  • Form 014 – Third party notice
  • Form 047 – Certificate of exhibit
  • Form 090 – Notice of change of address for service
  • Form 091 – Notice of appointment of solicitor
  • Form 092 – Notice that party is acting in person
  • Form 093 – Notice of change of solicitor
  • Form 101 – Application for probate
  • Form 102 – Application for letters of administration
  • Form 104 – Affidavit of publication
  • Form 105 – Affidavit (probate application)
  • Form 106 – Affidavit (letters of admin with will)
  • Form 107 – Affidavit of due execution of will/codicil
  • Form 108 – Affidavit of handwriting

Content update: New Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia forms

The following forms have been added to our suite of FCFCOA forms:

  • Application in a proceeding
  • Certificate of readiness
  • Outline of case document (final hearing)
  • Outline of case document (interim hearing)
  • Parenting questionnaire
  • Response to an application in a proceeding
  • Undertaking
  • Undertaking as to disclosure

Content update: Wills

In response to customer feedback, we have updated the following Will documents to remove mandatory date of birth fields for testators, executors and beneficiaries:

  • Last will and testament (long-form)
  • Express Mirror Wills

Retail Wills (self-service)

  • 1 x Standard Will (All to Children)
  • 1 x Smarter Will (All to Children)
  • 2 x Standard Mirror Wills (for couple)

The following documents have been added to the FLENA Family Law Precedents:
