Welcome to the precedent update for October. This update features amendments to Federal Circuit Court and Family Court forms, new NSW Supreme Court forms, and updated Lexon Wills in accordance with amendments received from Lexon.

Content update: Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia

Form updates

We have been reviewing our FCFCOA form suite and amending it as follows:

  • updating courts in which forms can be filed as per updates made by the FCFCOA (now FCFCOA Division 1/Division 2/Other); and
  • making questions around affidavit swearing (e.g. swearing/affirming, witness details) optional in the form so they can be completed after the document is generated.

Content update: NSW Supreme Court

The following Corporations forms have been added to our NSW Supreme Court suite:
