Find what you need fast
By linking to Active Directory, clause libraries are automatically limited to specific teams. Built-in filtering by practice area, jurisdiction, and meta tags further simplifies finding the right clause. Alternatively, utilise the weighted search to find documents by clause name, description or clause content.

As the clause bank expands, the AI-enabled natural language question and answer feature ensures that your team finds the latest and most appropriate clauses for each matter.
Preview before you add
Before adding a clause to a document, ensure it’s the right one. Click Preview to see the entire clause and who authored the clause beforehand, eliminating the need for back and forth.
Add a clause in seconds
Clicking Insert adds the entire clause directly into your current document. The clause appears instantly wherever your cursor is positioned. The clause is inserted, continuing the numbering and formatting of the document. Macros can also be included in clauses to add matter specific detail after insertion.

Submitting a clause no longer has to be an afterthought or additional task. Once a clause has been drafted, it can be submitted by the user directly from Word. All that is required is to answer a few simple questions - Clause Name and Practice Area are mandatory, while jurisdiction and description are optional.
Review and Approve
Each practice area has selected ‘Administrators’ to review and approve Clauses for firm-wide use. In-product and email notifications alert administrators to new submissions that can then be curated, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency are adhered to.
Cross-Check with AI
The AI-enabled natural language question and answer allows administrators to quickly search the Clause Bank to ensure submissions are not duplicated, or if superseded content requires archiving.
Stay Organised
The review and approval process also ensures that appropriate names, descriptions, meta tags, jurisdiction and practice area labels are applied to every clause that is published to the team. Review and archive dates can also be applied at the time of publication to ensure that time sensitive content is always controlled.
