  • Update to GST clause (adjustment to make it explicit that if the purchaser is not registered and does not become registered at the time of supply, that the purchase is not the sale of a going concern and the purchaser is then required to pay GST on the transaction on receipt of a tax invoice from the vendor)
  • Remove mandatory setting on employee table - allows this to be optional
