Head of Product, Antonio Sergi, provided a high-level summary of our ongoing efforts to deliver solutions that evolve with your practice, keeping your needs at the forefront.

As the leader of our user experience team, Antonio is dedicated to shaping Smarter Drafter’s product roadmap based on customer insights and feedback. He shared key enhancement highlights from the last six months, showcasing how we’ve improved to better support your workflows.

Content is King

Knowledge Lawyer, Doreen Steven, focused on the latest updates to our legal content. She explained how our library has expanded, including the addition of key QLD UCPR court forms. Doreen also discussed recent compliance updates, using the Independent Contractor Agreement as a prime example.

Finally, she walked us through the complete revamp of our Employment Contract, which now features modern language and a more streamlined drafting process.

Doreen also shared in detail how customer feedback has shaped these recent updates. She elaborated on how our dedicated team listens to the suggestions and concerns raised by our users, ensuring that their experiences and insights are at the core of our development process.

Support and Success Update

Customer Success Lead, Mustafa Ingham, introduced the all-new Clause Bank, now available to all Smarter Drafter subscribers. This powerful new feature offers a centralised repository of clauses, complete with AI-enabled search, designed to save you time and ensure consistency across your team.

Developed in response to how users were spending time finalising documents, the Clause Bank seamlessly integrates with Word, ensuring you have quick access to accurate and approved legal language.
