Direct use by your customers/members
Typically, our Smart Q&A forms (intelligent online questionnaires) are embedded within your organisation’s website. Your customers/members are then given direct access to those Smart Q&A forms via your website to create customised legal documents for themselves.
The Smart Q&A forms can be entirely white-labelled under your organisation’s branding, if that’s what you would prefer. Alternatively, it can be made clear to your customers/members that the solution is being powered by Smarter Drafter.
The completed documents are delivered to the purchaser directly. If desired, your organisation can also receive notification of the submission and/or a copy of the generated document.
The typical approach is a revenue sharing arrangement. The proportionate shares will depend upon the particular circumstances of the distribution arrangement.
Payments and remittances
Your customers/members will be able to make payment through the Smart Q&A forms directly. Those payments will be received by Smarter Drafter. Smarter Drafter will then remit your organisation’s share of the revenue periodically. Typically, remittances are processed quarterly, but monthly processing can be arranged if desired.
Your organisation’s proportionate share is calculated net of the fees retained by Stripe, our payment processing provider.
The Smarter Drafter team is happy to handle all customer support requests. If you are white-labelling the solution, that customer support can similarly be provided under your organisation’s branding if desired.
