Your New Smarter Drafter Pro Dashboard: Cleaner, Smarter, and More Actionable

We’re making a big change to one of the first screens you see when you log into Smarter Drafter Pro. 

On June 11, we’re rolling out a redesigned dashboard that brings the information and actions you actually need - front and centre. No setup required. Just log in, and the new experience will be waiting for you.

Why the Change?

Let’s be honest, the current dashboard wasn’t doing you any favours. It showed a few favourites, maybe some reports, but for most users it wasn’t particularly helpful. In fact, it was often skipped over entirely.

We’ve taken that feedback on board and reimagined the dashboard to be a powerful launchpad for your daily work.

What’s New?

Here’s what you’ll love about the new dashboard:

• Quick Actions at Your Fingertips: Need to start a new document, build a form, or add a team member? Now you can jump straight in with context-aware shortcuts tailored to your permissions.
• Smarter Favourites: Easily access your most-used forms, whether you’re filling or building, right from the dashboard. With now up to 8 favourites, you’re in control of what appears here, and switching them up is a breeze.
• Recent Activity: Pick up where you left off. See your latest submissions and form edits, including any that need your attention.
• Cleaner Layout: We’ve removed the clutter so you can focus on what matters. Say goodbye to unused widgets and hello to a more streamlined, distraction-free space.
• One-Click Learning:  Helpful links to the Smarter Drafter Learning Centre and the latest release notes are just a click away when relevant.

Depending on your permissions, your dashboard will look slightly different. Builders will see shortcuts to actions like creating forms, building Section Blocks, or managing users, while Fillers (standard users) will have quick access to generating documents and helpful resources like the Learning Centre.

When’s It Coming?

The redesigned dashboard is planned to go live as part of our next scheduled release on June 11, 2025.

There’s nothing you need to do. Your dashboard will update automatically, and all your existing data and favourites will carry over.
