Permissions in Smarter Drafter Pro have always been role-based, limiting functionality but not restricting access to submissions. This changes with our new Permissions update, delivering a more flexible, secure, and scalable model.
Previously, permissions were scattered across different parts of Smarter Drafter. Now, everything is managed in one place, simplifying administration and reducing errors.
For firms with hundreds of users, maintaining consistency can be frustrating and inefficient. Now, you can create Permission Sets—predefined access levels assigned to multiple users. One update applies instantly to all members, saving time and effort.

This update will automatically apply on Thursday, 27th March. Your existing permissions will be migrated based on current roles and groups, ensuring a smooth transition with no downtime.
