You can now quickly and easily create a customised power of attorney in accordance with the Powers of Attorney Act 2003 (NSW) – just select your options to produce a complete document, including for:

single or multiple attorneys and substitute attorneys
joint or joint and several appointment
attorney powers and conditions and limitations
commencement
