New form – General Power of Attorney (NSW)

A General Power of Attorney (NSW) has been added to our document suite.

You can now quickly and easily create a customised power of attorney in accordance with the Powers of Attorney Act 2003 (NSW) – just select your options to produce a complete document, including for:

  • single or multiple attorneys and substitute attorneys
  • joint or joint and several appointment
  • attorney powers and conditions and limitations
  • commencement

Enduring Power of Attorney (NSW)

You can also find the Enduring Power of Attorney (NSW) in our Estate Planning suite if you require a power of attorney that operates when the principal loses mental capacity.
