New Form – Financial Statement Express

A Financial Statement “Express” form has been added to our document suite.

FCFCOA – Financial Statement

As all family law practitioners know, the FCFCOA Financial Statement form is a highly detailed document, requiring a significant amount of information to complete.

The new Smarter Drafter Financial Statement “Express” gives you options for building your document. With our new process, you no longer need to complete every item of information in the form before you can generate a document.

You can if you wish:

• enter such information as you have and generate a draft document for later completion; or
• complete all information in the form – the process will complete all calculations and produce a perfectly formatted document with all sections completed.

Work the way you want

There are a number of ways to build your Financial Statement using our new smart form. You can:

1. Produce a draft with the information you have to hand, and enter further information directly into the document as it comes to hand. (Note, if you do this, you will need to check and complete calculations manually).
2. Enter the information you have into the form and save it. You can return to the form as further information comes in and then produce the document when the form is complete.
3. Enter the information you have into the form and generate a draft document. You can clone your submission and enter further information to produce an updated draft. This process can be repeated until the final document can be produced.

Intake form

You also have the option of sending a Smarter Drafter intake form to your client for them to complete, to form the basis of your draft document.
