The webinar commenced with an introduction to our leadership team. Smarter Drafter CEO, Steve Hantos, shared our vision for the future of automation in the legal industry, emphasising the importance of staying ahead in a dynamic landscape.

Steve showcased how online intake and digital signatures have been game-changers for law firms. By incorporating these tools, firms can offer a seamless, efficient, and secure experience to their clients, setting them apart from competitors.

Exciting Announcements: What's Coming Before Xmas

Chief Product Officer, Mike Cerbara, was thrilled to announce several new features and enhancements:

• Central Control Centre: A brand-new dashboard that will serve as the nucleus for law firm operations. This intuitive platform promises to simplify tasks, offering a bird's eye view of all activities.
• Enhanced Directory Views: Locating specific precedents has never been easier. With our revamped directory view, law firms can quickly find the documents they need, saving time and reducing errors.
• Sharing Contact Data: We understand the importance of seamless communication within a firm. That's why we're introducing a feature that allows the sharing of contact data captured during digital intake between clients within the law firm.

Content Continues to Reign Supreme

Our library of precedents is our pride and joy. We're expanding it with a focus on court forms and other essential documents. As the adage goes, "Content is King", and we're ensuring our library remains the crown jewel for law firms across Australia.

Head of Legal Content, Linda Di Girolamo, shared our progress in NSW UCPR Court Forms and Victorian County Court forms.

Linda also announced that Lexon Insurance 'Wills & EPOA Risk Procedure' were now available. All Lexon customers need to do is contact support@smarterdrafter.com.au for the form to be visible in Smarter Drafter.

Last but certainly not least, we touched upon our initiatives to enhance customer support. We're in the process of rebuilding our Help Centre and augmenting our Support Team. Our goal?
